Information for whistleblowers

We provide all employees of JUVE Verlag and external third parties with protected communication channels for enquiries or information regarding compliance issues. This includes, for example, ambiguities or questions about applicable rules, indications of misconduct in the course of working for our company and dishonest or non-compliant behaviour by or towards companies that have a business relationship with JUVE Verlag. In this way, we aim to identify potential weaknesses or irregularities at an early stage and implement appropriate measures and improvements.

Reports can be made – also anonymously – via the following communication channels:

Procedure

We take incoming reports very seriously and process them according to the following procedure:

  • For reports that are not anonymous: Confirmation of receipt within 7 days
  • Examination of the report received and, if necessary, obtaining further information and taking appropriate follow-up measures
  • Feedback within 3 months on how the report has been dealt with: What action has been/will be taken
  • Legally compliant documentation of all information in compliance with the confidentiality requirement, legally compliant deletion policy, data-protection-compliant reporting procedure
